Association Visitor - Guildford/West Surrey
Are you are keen to help local people living with Motor Neurone Disease in the Guildford and surrounding areas?
We are seeking caring people with a couple of hours to spare each week to provide guidance and support to families living with MND in Guildford and the surrounding areas. Visitor provide face to face home visits, email and phone support, helping people to have the best quality of life for as long as possible.
You'll need to be caring, reliable and able to carry out home visits on your own. This is a challenging but rewarding role and you will be supported by your local branch and regional staff team.
We will do a DBS check, reimburse expenses and provide training and support.
