MAN/WOMAN WITH VAN NEEDED TO ASSIST CHARITY

Cancer Testing South is a new charity centred around Guildford, but operating on occasions into W. Sussex, Hampshire and S. London.

Most events tend to be within the Guildford or Waverley areas or within 25 miles of city centre.

Our main area of operation is in undertaking blood testing for prostate cancer in men. We hope to expand into other areas of cancer blood testing.

We tend to operate on Saturdays and weekday evenings with volunteer nurses and phlebotomists.

Can anybody offer help with transport from our Guildford storage to events either by supplying a van or minibus?  We can offer mileage fuel and lunch allowance.

The detection work of Cancer Testing South is driven by a passion to find early indications of prostate cancer and also lead to the uncovering of other frequently overlooked cancer through both testing with a simple blood test and by promoting awareness. We aim to learn educate and use knowledge, to reduce death from prostate and other cancers that regularly respond to early intervention.
