Fundraising Volunteers

A variety of volunteers to help with:

  • Awareness Tables at different venues in Surrey
  • Raffles
  • Tombolas
  • Gift sales tables
  • Collecting tins and foreign coins.
  • Donations of items the charity needs.

These roles are busier in the summer months and may be outdoor events.  Very varied and never a dull moment.  In the past, we have had one-off stands at RHS Wisley, various High Streets, fetes and fairs, shop entrances, schools, hospital entrances, scouts jamborees etc. Hand out leaflets, sell raffle tickets or gifts, every event is different.

We usually set up a rota for all day events and volunteers can offer 2 hour slots or longer.  We normally have 2 volunteers working together as a minimum.

We also need people to help set up and take down our gazebo and table.  Volunteers for this would need a car and be able to carry/set up a gazebo.

We need people who have a local club, pub or shop that would take a collecting tin.  You could be our volunteer for swapping it with a new empty tin every 3-6 months.

Great opportunities to feel that you are making a difference.  Guaranteed to meet different members of the public.
