We’re looking for someone to help our Scout Group run smoothly behind the scenes.
You might:
- Send out termly newsletters to parents
- Keep membership records up to date
- Order badges for our young people
- Manage our email inbox
It’s all flexible and can be done from home, whenever suits you best, and you don’t need to have done it before. All you need is a willingness to get stuck in and a bit of reliability; we’ll support you every step of the way with tools, guidance, and a friendly team.

Mission Statement
Our goal is to prepare young people in Godalming with skills for life. We encourage young people to do more, learn more and be more. We given them a place to belong.
At Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, and Explorers, young people make new friends, have amazing adventures, and learn new skills.
Every week we give 4-18 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.
Everyone’s welcome here. All genders, races and backgrounds. Regardless of your child’s physical ability – there’s a Scout adventure out there waiting for them. And we’ll help them find it and given them a place to belong.
