Our Vision... is to launch a wellbeing service offering the clients that we support some much needed pampering treats in the comfort of their own home as for many of them leaving home can be challenging.

You can make a real impact Having someone visit and either cut your hair, give you a gentle arm and hand massage, or to maybe have a manicure or an alternative therapy such as Reiki can make such a difference to someone’s wellbeing.

We cannot do this without your skills We need to find volunteer therapists who are prepared to give us maybe an hour a month of their time to bring joy to someone at a difficult time in their lives. The Brigitte Trust would of course reimburse any travel and other expenses. The Brigitte Trust is a Queen's Award registered charity offering a free service of emotional support and practical help.  The service is offered face-to-face in the home supporting people and their carers when a life-threatening illness such as Cancer or Motor Neurone Disease has been diagnosed.The Brigitte Trust is a trusted partner of Surrey County Council and over 400 referrals are received every year throughout Surrey.  More volunteers are needed now to support people who have received a life-limiting diagnosis.
