Community Volunteer

This is a volunteering role within the Criminal Justice System. This role will operate in various locations within Surrey. Transport costs will be covered. In some situations, we ask for your presence online via Microsoft Teams. Once accepted, training is provided online for you to do in your own free time. The minimum age to apply for this role is 18 years old. This role is excellent for individuals who are looking for experience in the Criminal Justice System. There is the opportunity to work as part of a team where you will be supporting each other as well as participants. Volunteers will be offered a range of training as well as  learning new skills from working within a evidence based approach. As a volunteer, you are actively helping people regain their lives back whilst addressing crime in your community. 

 

 

 

 

 

Mission Statement

Your Ambition is a charity with a long and close association with the Seetec Group. From its roots as a community based IT training organisation to its current role as an enabler, the charity works in partnership with the Seetec Group on projects that deliver real social value. Our volunteer unit is currently embedded within, and supports Interventions Alliance, the Justice and Social Care division of Seetec. Interventions Alliance deliver tailored support to participants across a range of contracts including Activity Hubs, Education, Training and Employment (ETE) services, Accommodation services including Approved Premises, Domestic Abuse Perpetrator and Personal Wellbeing Programmes.
