Care Farnham

We are looking for drivers to join our network of volunteers helping local people who cannot get about on their own by virtue of frailty, old age and ill health to doctor, hospital, dentist, optician and other medical appointments.

You will be volunteering to help people who live in the Farnham area - CARE Farnham is available to anyone living within the Farnham town boundary; Upper Hale, Heath End, Weybourne, Badshot Lea, Runfold, The Bourne, Boundstone, Wrecclesham, Rowledge and Crondall Lane area- but may be asked to take them further afield e.g Frimley Park and Royal Surrey Hospitals and sometimes further. You may agree or decline a particular destination.

In certail circumstances we may be able to help with shopping and simple jobs in the home.

Volunteers may claim 50p mile. We have free parking at most hospitals.
