Book shop assistant
Gain book shop experience in our large Oxfam book shop at the top of the High St in Guildford.
We need volunteers to undertake varied activities including attending to customers and till work. An interest in books is preferable, but not essential as full training is provided. The environment is friendly and you will be fully supported by our team.
We are open every day of the week and volunteering hours are flexible.
We are looking for volunteers of ages 18 + and all backgrounds with a friendly demeanour & common sense. We would consider 16+ (DofE) but they must be accompanied by an adult.
Reasonable travel expenses can be paid.
Appointment is by interview & references will be required.
