Croquet Supervisors

 

Keep the tradition alive on the lawns of Rippon Lea Estate!
Rippon Lea Estate has a proud history of croquet played in the warmer months on the sweeping lawns beside the historic mansion. We're looking for a small group of friendly, croquet-loving volunteers to help continue this elegant tradition during Wednesdays and selected Saturdays.
Time Requirement : Wednesdays and Selected Saturdays 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM (3 hours)
Location: Rippon Lea Estate
Reports to: Property Manager 
Tasks your Role could include :
  • Receiving booking details from our team
  • Greeting and welcoming players to the estate
  • Giving a brief overview of the game and rules, with a demo of the equipment
  • Supervising play and ensuring everyone has fun
  • Packing up equipment at the end of the session
We’re Looking for Volunteers Who:
  • Love croquet or are keen to learn
  • Enjoy interacting with visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Are reliable and happy to be outdoors (shade provided!)
