Heritage Festival Bendigo Event Support Volunteers - 18th April to 18th May

 

Volunteer for the National Trust Heritage Festival in Bendigo!

Are you passionate about history, heritage, and storytelling? Join us as a National Trust Festival Volunteer and help bring our vibrant events to life!  The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) Bendigo Branch is seeking Volunteers to assist in supporting our events. 

Volunteer Roles Available:

Tour Guides – Lead engaging tours at some of the Festival’s key heritage sites:

  • Gas Works
  • Former Law Courts
  • Cemetery Chapel
  • Open House and gardens - Miners’ Cottages

Event Support – Assist at the National Trust Branch marquee, providing visitor information and support at:

  • The Post Office/Law Courts
  • Gas Works

Flexible Volunteering – Choose Your Commitment!

✅ Volunteers can be National Trust members or non-members
✅ Choose how much time you can commit—from 1 hour to 20 hours over the Festival
✅ No need to volunteer on consecutive days—select specific events and times that suit you

No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to engage with visitors! Training and support will be provided.
