Event Assistance volunteers
Our Fab Volunteers
To make this event come to life, the Hills Winter Lantern Festival is seeking enthusiastic volunteers who can assist with various tasks across set-up, event management, and pack down across the 13-15th of June. In return you will have a wonderful time, meet like-minded community members, and contribute to a wonderful community focused event! Volunteer tasks are available for all skills and abilities.
Hills Winter Lantern Festival will be held on 14th June 2025 from 3-9pm. The event is seeking volunteers for the approximate times:
- Set up on Friday 13th between 10am - 4pm
- Set up on Saturday 14th between 10am - 3pm
- During the event between on Saturday 14th between 2:30pm-8pm
- Post event on the Saturday night from 8pm-10pm
- Event pack down on the Sunday 15th 10am - 3pm
Volunteer Roles
- Set up (setting up flags, marquees, signage, bins, tables & chairs)
- Event assistance (marshalling, site maintenance, information tent, kids activities)
- Pack down (Packing up flags, marquees, signage, bins, tables and chairs)
- Seeking people with a van/trailer or towing capacity for set up and pack down.
