Do you enjoy driving and meeting people?

Volunteer Drivers required for this rewarding and flexible role to take older people and other people who no longer driver, to medical appointments, shops and social activities on weekdays, in the Adelaide Hills or Metropolitan area.

What you get from this volunteering role?

Fully supported role with staff organising clients - you just provide an enjoyable drive.

Use of Council passenger vehicle or our small community bus dependant on role, so no wear and tear on your own vehicle. 

A volunteer driver accreditation with support and all costs covered by Council.

Reimbursements provided for travel to collect the Council vehicle.

Most importantly, make a difference in people's life by connecting them with services and community, so they can live independently for longer.
