Visitor Center Host
Looking for some volunteer hours or something fun to do on the side. Come join our Visitor Center team where "Grins that greet make visits complete."
Tasks include:
- Provide excellent customer service by orienting visitors to the property and local area, disseminating information and materials related to rules and regulations, program schedules, interpretive resources, facilities, and other recreational opportunities
- Assist with guest speakers and school group visits
- Provide minor interior and exterior facility upkeep and maintenance
- Maintain live animal aquarium displays
- Manage sales for gift shop merchandize
- Assist campers and visitors as needed
This opportunity is an open and close day to day operation of the Visitor Center. There is no overnight staying at the building.
