Museum & Headquarters Volunteer
We are looking for friendly volunteers to welcome visitors to the museum and provide advice on how to enjoy the forest. Volunteers will not be able to sell Wisconsin State Parks Admission but will fill the role of assisting visitors with directions and hiking suggestions. An important task will be selling merchandise for the Friends of the Kettle Moraine State Forest – Southern Unit using an iPad. Only credit card payments though the iPad will be accepted, so there is no cash handling. Other tasks include starting a video that can be requested in the auditorium and suggesting hiking or other activities. The only shift available at this time will be Saturday from 10 am - 2pm from April through October.
