Nature Center Host - Full Time
- Provide excellent customer service by orienting visitors to the property and local area, disseminating information and materials related to rules and regulations, program schedules, interpretive resources, facilities, and other recreational opportunities
- Assist with guest speakers and school group visits
- Assist with inventorying activity packs, educational materials, and supplies
- Provide minor interior and exterior facility upkeep and maintenance
- Maintain live animal aquarium displays
- Manage sales for merchandise
- Assist camp hosts, campers and visitors as needed
* Hosts stays typically last 2-4 weeks. We do not have host positions for an entire season. A campsite is provided for hosts with 20/30/50 electric only. Water fill and sanitary dump station located nearby on property. Campgrounds do have flush toilets and showers. Wi-Fi is not available in the campgrounds but is available at the beach concessions.
