Animal Services: Socialization
Need more kitty cuddles or puppy kisses? Animal Socialization could be the purr-fect fit for you!
Cat Socialization
includes brushing, playing with, and sitting with cats and kittens. Also includes assisting with general cleanliness of cat room.
Dog Socialization
includes brushing, walking, and playing with dogs. Dogs are of all sizes and levels of enthusiasm. While we encourage volunteers to be open to interacting with all dogs, we respect volunteer personal boundaries regarding breed and size. May also include general cleaning duties of kennels.
Scheduling is flexible
Once approved to volunteer, we can accommodate almost any volunteer, who has some availability during our business hours. We love when volunteers are able to pick a weekly time to come socialize with the animals even if you just swing by on your lunch break!
