Assistant Shelver

Assistant Shelvers help professional staff maintain the appearance of the library by shelving, straightening materials, dusting shelves, and shelf reading. 

If you are interested in being a shelving assistant during the summer of 2022, please complete this online form before Thursday, May 5th at 10 AM. The online form will only take a few minutes, and can be found here: Shelving Assistant Screening.  If you have shelved at the library in the past, you still need to complete this form. 

A few things to keep in mind as you complete the form:

• Due to high demand, we will NOT be able to train all interested volunteers for shelving. 
• Make sure you accurately represent your availability for the summer
• Please give us until May 9th to review responses and get back to you about whether we've scheduled you for a training
