Adopt-a-Spot Program

Purpose: To remove litter along roadways on a regular basis.

Duties: Regular litter cleanups along the adopted roadway. Perform any additional maintenance activities you have selected to include in your contract.

Time Frame: When you adopt a street, you sign a formal contract with the city to maintain the area for a minimum of two years. Litter cleanups are required on at least a quarterly basis, but monthly cleanups are preferred.

Qualifications: All ages and abilities welcome! The city may require proof of insurance for any additional activities in you want to include in your contract, such as mowing and irrigation.
