Care Hub Support Volunteer
How you can get involved
Join our fantastic Care team at our hub in St Leonards and assist them in looking after the children with events like the Little Dots play group, events and sibling support.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child smile and enjoying themselves. This is a non-clinical role that requires enthusiasm, energy and dedication whilst remaining flexible to the changing needs of the children in our care.
You do not need to have previous care skills or experience to undertake the role , we provide in-house training to assist you in undertaken this role.
The key areas of volunteering would be assisting with washing, dressing, hair brushing etc., supporting children with activities and outings and organised craft activities, being the second pair of hands for our nurses and care assistants.
