Telephone Thanking Administrator
LOCATION: Sittingbourne Hospice
PURPOSE OF ROLE: To telephone Demelza supporters who have recently donated, providing stewardship to thank them for their support and build a relationship with them.
ROLE: To use the telephone system and make outbound calls, record details of the conversation on the database/excel and feedback to the Supporter Services Manager on suggested changes to the process. This is to thank supporters for their donations to Demelza.
SKILLS & QUALITIES: A confident, professional telephone manner, ability to record call conversations, knowledge of MS Office, experience in using a CRM database is an advantage.
TIME COMMITMENT: Up to two days a week depending on workload, might be less initially whilst building up the call volumes.
TRAINING AND SUPPORT: You will be given full training on the process around making the calls, using excel and logging the calls, as well as guidance on what to say, and information on current news and activities at Demelza.
