Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Volunteers to join our friendly Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute their time and skills to support our organisation, whilst gaining valuable experience in Finance.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to engage with various departments and make a significant impact within our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general finance administrative duties such as inputting data, filing, scanning documents and managing correspondence
- Processing expenditures
- Inputting invoices
- Updating donor details
- Managing spreadsheets and financial records
Experience
- Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with IT systems and basic troubleshooting skills are beneficial.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and contributing positively to the team environment
