Fall Fest
Help us get Fall Fest ready for the community! Volunteers will work alongside City staff to assist with event setup, support vendors as they arrive and help with breakdown at the end of the event. This is a hands-on opportunity, so volunteers should be ready to help wherever needed throughout their shift.
Location: Sugar Land Town Square – 2711 Plaza Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77479
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Volunteer Shifts:
- 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. – 20 volunteers
- 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. – 20 volunteers
Tasks: Assist vendors with unloading, move and lift event materials, help with setup, collect signage and décor during breakdown, and assist City staff with other event needs as assigned.
Requirements: Volunteers must be 16 or older, wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, be able to lift heavy items and be comfortable standing for extended periods.
