Winter Breakfast - Prahran

A Warm breakfast on a dreary winter’s day is a small luxury, but it means the world to many.

Hartley’s Meals located in Prahran has been serving weekday lunches and free Breakfasts during winter for more than thirty years with volunteers serving thousands of meals a year. Hartley’s is operated by experienced chefs, volunteers, and participants from our services.

The program provides a free hot meal to those most in need and runs from June to August.

“I've never worked at an organisation with such compassionate and hard-working individuals.” – a meals volunteer

With the doors open early during the winter months, volunteering with the winter breakfast programis flexible and rewarding. If you have 4 hours a month to spare and a passion to make an impact in the lives of people we support, by creating a place for people to feel safe, to belong, and to connect.
