Join the fun Northcote team with cool vibes!
Our Op Shop in Northcote has endless quality pre-loved fashion, quirky homewares and a large media section- this is a buzzing second-hand hotspot in High Street. Uniting Op Shops provide affordable clothing and homeware items in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Our aim is to delight customers in a meaningful and memorable way in a contemporary retail environment that is positive, creative, inclusive and fun! From creating a vibrant and dynamic space using imaginative displays of quality donations, to serving and assisting customers, working behind the scenes with sorting and tagging stock our Northcote Op Shop is a cool place to be.
If you have four hours or more to spare a fortnight, and you like people, customer service, merchandising, fashion, have an interest in recycling, are task-oriented - any or all of the above! – then this opportunity is for you. We look forward to getting to know you, and welcoming you to our team.
Why not add your talents to our team? Volunteers are at the heart of our organisation and a crucial part of our Op Shops. We are flexible and work to accommodate busy volunteers. Ideally you would be available 1 – 3 days per week for full day or half day shifts. We have shifts available during the week as well as weekends.
We look forward to getting to know you and welcoming you to our team! We are conveniently with Tram Stop 32 (Route 86) right at our doorstep, Bus Route 250 (Stop 144) and Bus Route 508 (Stop 145) nearby, and plenty of parking available at the rear.
