Pathways 2 Employment Supporter/Volunteer

Pathways to Employment Supporters and Volunteers will assist our team to support young adults with disability to build their job readiness skills and confidence.

We are looking for passionate and motivated volunteers who have a genuine interest and commitment to supporting young people with disability to reach their employment goals.

We are looking for people who have patience, flexibility, resourcefulness, resilience and creativity; to work within our collaborative team.

If you have experience in the following fields: Teaching, Learning Support/Integration Aide, Youth Work, Career Development, Employment Services, Disability Services or Community Services and you're looking to share your skills we would like to hear from you.

Locations: Broadmeadows VIC, Cranbourne VIC, Dandenong VIC, Footscray VIC, Heidelberg Heights VIC, Melton VIC, Pakenham VIC, Parkdale VIC, Sunbury VIC, Werribee VIC


Time Required

Regular - more than 6 months

Various flexible shifts available


Type of work

  • Tutoring & Coaching in a training setting (Group and individual)
  • Disability Support 
  • Individual support in a work experience setting

Training Induction and orientation along with continuous professional learning opportunities.


Reimbursement Pre-Approved role related expenses.
