Welcome to Neath Port Talbot/Swansea Community Short Breaks Project!

Neath Port Talbot/Swansea Community Short Breaks Project (NPT) provide sessions to young people with disabilities and overnight Family Link placements, including Swansea Pops and Swansea Link.
