The Volunteer Role


We are looking to recruit a range of both men and women to become Volunteers and to ultimately co-deliver our emotional health, wellbeing & resilience Bounce Back workshop to children aged 8 – 16 years. Following the successful completion of our induction and training course, you will be invited to pair up with a Practitioner and deliver a course in the Bolton or Lancashire area.


We are looking for Volunteers who have:

  • A warm, friendly and approachable manner
  • A non-judgemental and supportive approach
  • An ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • An understanding of inclusive practice
  • A desire to see children & young people thrive
  • The confidence to deliver in front of a group of children


By volunteering in this role you could benefit from:
