Become a Graffiti Removal Volunteer!

As a Graffiti Removal Volunteer, you will assist in the removal of graffiti with other volunteers with the aim of reducing graffiti in the Campbelltown City Council area.

The group have trailers which it uses in its fight against graffiti vandalism in the district and thanks to the efforts of this group, Campbelltown is the one of cleanest city in the metropolitan area.

As a Volunteer with the City of Campbelltown Council, you will be contributing to improving the quality of life for local people and strengthen links between residents and Council. 

In your role as Graffiti Removal Volunteer with the City of Campbelltown Council you will:

  • Remove graffiti vandalism with paints and solvents
  • Operate equipment and the use of removal materials and equipment
  • Wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) which will include overalls, approved steel cap boots, hat, gloves, googles (supplied by the Depot)
  • Maintain and clean graffiti removal equipment and vehicles
  • If comfortable, drive a Council vehicle with attached trailer

If you have a willingness to work with other volunteers and Council staff, and undergo induction and training around the safe use of chemicals, solvents and equipment, this might be the right volunteer role for you.
