Ipswich Visitor Information Centre

Engage with your community and help visitors by volunteering at the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre. Ipswich is a vibrant destination with exciting tourism activities, delicious food trails and engaging natural assests. Ideal candidates will possess good local knowledge and a desire to help visitors get the most out of their Ipswich experience. Volunteers will enjoy quarterly familiarisations to ensure information is up to date, training opportunities and enjoy social gatherings and functions specific to Ipswich volunteers.

Minimum Commitment Required:

• One (1) four hour shift per week/fortnight, and one weekend shift every 6 weeks;
• Attendance at three (3) volunteer meetings per year;
• Particpation in three (3) familiarisations/site inspections per year;
• Participation in one (1) training session.
