Hospitality / INFO Desk Volunteer Position
HOSPITALITY / INFO DESK (minimum age 16)
Do you enjoy helping others? Would you like to help the Alex with providing a service to visitors and patients so that they would feel more comfortable and a little less anxious and lost when they arrive at the hospital? You will also get to know the hospital and its departments very well, through this people-oriented position. Various 2 -3 hour shifts are available.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have very good interpersonal skills; warm and welcoming.
- Must be comfortable approaching patients and visitors to offer assistance.
- Self initiative; able to work independently.
- Physically able to stand and walk for full shift.
- Mature and reliable individuals needed.
CURRENT OPENINGS: 2-3 hour shift, day and evening shifts available
