Park Support
Park Support Volunteers serve as an additional support to aid in the operations of the park. Depending on the park's current needs, Support Volunteers may conduct administrative tasks, assist in planning volunteer events, create merchandise to be sold in the BOOT store, as well as assist curatorial staff with projects.
Park Support Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Craft Committee
The Craft COmitte has been in place for many years and is a main source of the merchandise sold at the BOOT Store inside the Robinson Rose Visitor Information Center. Working both at home and in the park, volunteers work to produce traditional 19th century crafts and pastimes that will be donated to the park’s corresponding association Boosters of Old Town (B.O.O.T.). for visitors to take home as keepsakes and souvenirs.
