Park Support

Park Support Volunteers Depending on the park's current needs, park support volunteers may support park operations and aid in conducting administrative tasks, assisting in planning volunteer events, assisting with period attire, creating merchandise to be sold in the BOOT store, as well as assisting curatorial staff with projects.
Park Support Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Craft Committee
The Craft Committee has been in place for many years and is a main source of the merchandise sold at the BOOT Store inside the Robinson Rose Visitor Information Center. Working both at home and in the park, volunteers work to produce traditional 19th century crafts and pastimes that will be donated to the park’s corresponding association Boosters of Old Town (B.O.O.T.) for visitors to take home as keepsakes and souvenirs.
