Humboldt Redwoods Mounted Assistance Unit
The Mounted Assistance Unit (M.A.U.) at Humboldt Redwoods State Park is responsible for patrolling the park's multi-use trails on horseback while providing public information and assistance, advising park staff of hazards and violations, and providing light trail work and maintenance where needed.
