Plumas-Eureka SP Volunteers

Volunteers are an essential element to the success of Plumas-Eureka State Park programs, and the varied interests and talents of volunteers are the spark that brings the Park’s gold rush mining history to life.

As a volunteer, you can support Plumas-Eureka State Park in a number of ways depending on your interests and the time you have available. Man the museum store or serve as a Park greeter; support behind-the-scenes initiatives, such as community outreach or research and preservation work; or become a knowledgeable docent leading tours of the Assay Office, Moriarity House, or historic gold rush site. The choice is yours.
