AV Indian Museum Information Volunteer
This is the entry level of volunteering at the museum. Weekend volunteers answer visitor questions, provide interesting information, and remind visitors about park rules. Additionally, museum volunteers protect the museum collection by being present and observant, which deters people who might steal an artifact if no one was watching. Once museum volunteers become familiar with the museum and the collection, they can sign up for additional training to become tour docents.
