Home Visitor
We are there to help our clients and their supporters every step of the way, and that includes offering help and support at home.
In this role, being compassionate and caring is vital, but you will also have that extra ‘sixth sense’.
As home visitor, you will know just the right moment to offer the help and support the client needs: whether that’s a well-timed cup of tea and a chat, help with shopping or day-to-day errands, taking then for a drive or stepping in to give a carer a break.
As part of our strong network of volunteers, as a home visitor you will be making a difference with every assignment as you offer the companionship and practical assistance that clients and their supporters need.
