City of Surrey - Adult and Senior Services

Surrey Walks Lead

Volunteers will help lead walks through the City of Surrey's
local parks from May - September. This opportunity is part of the Surrey Walks Together campaign and it will give you an opportunity tostep outside and enjoy the many different walking routes Surrey has to offer. Walking is a great way to get around and explore our city and it is also a great way to improve your health and help achieve your fitness goals. The city is planning to host bi-weekly, volunteer led walks on Saturdays from May to September, as a way for people to meet new people and connect while walking. Volunteers will share their love of walking and help guide participants along the designated walking routes in the parks listed below. Maps and fact sheets about the park will be provided to help you keep the participants engaged in what they are seeing.
