Special needs – Inclusion Support

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience working with individuals with special needs. Acting as a “buddy” you would be working one to one with a participant, to engage them in activities and encourage friendships.

If you are interested in volunteering as an Inclusion Program Volunteer, make sure to indicate it as a "General Interest" under "My profile". New volunteers are required to complete the online General Orientation Workshop, attend an interview session, and obtain a valid Police Vulnerable Sector Screening. Successful applicants will be able to see and schedule themselves for the various opportunities we offer throughout the City.
