Why not consider volunteering with Sacramento P.A.W.S.!

The ideal volunteer is at least 18 years of age, open-minded (understanding of socio-economic and cultural differences), available for a minimum of 4 hours on weekends (we plan on conducting a “sweep” once a month, bilingual is a bonus
We are also looking for 1-2 administrative assistant volunteers. Duties will consist of data entry, maintaining supplies, calling residents to follow-up with services, and contacting local businesses for program assistance. This volunteer opportunity will meet at the shelter after each sweep. Once the program is up and running, we may accept more volunteers.
The ideal volunteer is at least 16 years of age, detail-oriented, personable, available to meet once a month on weekends for a minimum of 1 hour (we can accommodate different schedules)
