Care Coordinator Volunteer

Be a caring connection for someone in need — volunteer as a Care Coordinator!

Catholic Charities Care Coordinators help individuals and families take the next step toward receiving the support they need. Volunteers provide compassionate follow-up to those who have requested care from Catholic Charities and help connect them with available resources and services.

Working closely with Catholic Charities staff, volunteers receive training and guidance to confidently support those reaching out for assistance. By offering a listening ear and helping people navigate available resources, Care Coordinators help bring healing, help, and hope to those in need.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with individuals and families who have requested care from Catholic Charities
• Provide compassionate and supportive communication
• Help connect individuals and families with appropriate Catholic Charities services and resources
• Document and track information using a computer
• Work closely with Catholic Charities staff throughout the care coordination process

Details

• Requirements: Basic computer skills and comfort using technology
• Training: Training and ongoing guidance will be provided by Catholic Charities staff
• Preferences: Compassionate, dependable volunteers who are comfortable communicating with individuals and families in need
