MISSOURI STATE PARKS

Stewardship work can encompass several different activities such as invasive species removal, native species plantings, assisting with prescribed fires, native seed collection, and habitat restoration.  Work will be outside in all temperatures.  Volunteers must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.

The primary mission of the Nathan and Olive Boone Homestead State Historic Site is the preservation and interpretation of the house and historic landscape as well as the interpretation of the personages of Nathan and Olive Boone and the Boone family in Missouri.
