About the role:

We’re currently seeking a Lifeblood In Centre Refreshments Volunteer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of food and beverage services to donors and maintaining a clean working environment within the refreshment area of the donor centre.

This is a volunteer role with set weekly/ fortnightly shifts. You will be asked your availability prior to starting.  

Accountabilities:

  • At all times provide our donors with great customer service
  • Preparation, heating of food and beverages
  • Replenish the self-service buffet bar as required
  • Maintain the refreshment and recovery area, ensuring they are all in a clean and orderly condition
  • Communicate any issues / system deficiencies to Donor Centre Manager/ Session Leader
  • Support Lifeblood business initiatives when asked
