Harvest Community Garden Steward

Frisco Commons Park
8000 McKinney Road
The Harvest at Frisco Commons is a city-managed community garden offering raised beds for residents to rent and grow fruits, vegetables, herbs, or flowers.
As a Harvest Garden Steward, you’ll support this shared space by helping with tasks like weeding, watering, mulching, composting, occasional planting, and optional harvesting for the food bank. Tool organization and seasonal upkeep are also part of the role.
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and not currently in high school. A one-time training with the Natural Resources team will be required and then you can return on your own schedule to maintain the garden, guided by staff. Logging hours is mandatory.
Join us in keeping the Harvest Garden flourishing and meaningful for the community!
