VolunTEEN: 9th-12th Grade
The VolunTEEN Corps is a community service initiative that offers middle and high school students an opportunity for civic involvement. *The VolunTEEN program is currently full and we're not currently accepting applications. Applications will open in the spring of 2025.
Our teen volunteers will develop and strengthen a multitude of skills including responsibility, communication, accountability, time management, and more. Additionally, they will gain valuable work experience that can be included on their resume. Teens also develop a better understanding of city government, serve as ambassadors within the community, and accumulate community service hours for school.
This program is only available for Frisco residents and/or students enrolled in Frisco ISD. Rising 9th grade students are eligible to apply at the end of their 8th grade school year.
Application Process
Volunteer applications are only accepted in the spring and close when all spots are full. A link to the high school application will be posted in this description box and on the Frisco Public Library's VolunTEEN webpage.
Program Requirements
Members of the high school VolunTEEN Corps must work a certain number of hours per semester.
