Team Leader
As a team leader, the purpose of your role is to ensure the 4 Voices van goes out on shift for the day of the week that you are team leader with an enthusiastic team of volunteers to connect with those who visit shifts on that day.
Each partner will have different connection needs. Your team’s role is not to be technology or employment experts, but rather helpers/ supporters according to each person’s specific needs.
