Theater volunteers are at the heart of the performing arts experience for patrons at the Firehouse. Ushers welcome the audience, check their tickets, help people find their seats, and assist the house manager in making the event a smooth and enjoyable one. 

The Firehouse Arts Center is Pleasanton's premier destination for performing and visual arts. The intimate 220-seat theater hosts a year-round lineup of music, theater, and comedy, while the Harrington Gallery showcases rotating exhibitions from local and regional artists. The center also features classrooms and rotating art exhibits in the lobby and upstairs.

Volunteers are at the heart of the Firehouse Arts Center experience. The two main volunteer roles, theater ushers and gallery attendants, help ensure every guest feels welcome and has a memorable visit.
