Adult Corrections Facility - Work Readiness Volunteer
In this volunteer position, you will:
- Support and gain knowledge to assist justice involved residents to build job readiness skills.
- You will follow a curriculum that covers job readiness skills.
- You will coach on resume writing, interview techniques (mock interviews) career assessment, job applications and coaching on how to navigate the background clearance process for job applicants.
- Successfully complete Volunteer Orientation and Training
- Be supported by a designated Adult Correctional Facility staff
