Opportunity Village

We're looking for enthusiastic team players to help us with the famous Las Vegas Great Santa Run on December 7th in Downtown Las Vegas 

December 7th  - Great Las Vegas Santa Run

7AM-10AM - Set Up - Check In
9AM -Noon - Race Start/Course Volunteers

10AM-1PM - Race End - Finish Line Volunteers 

11AM-2PM - Race Tear Down Volunteers 

• ARRIVE EARLY! During race day, downtown parking locations will be restricted and streets may be blocked off. Please plan to arrive early enough to park and arrive at your assigned location no later than 9:30AM (Race start 10am)
• Due to large footprint of event, we ask volunteer to find parking in one of the many public lots downtown.
• Please check in and report to service location prior to 9:30am (start of run is 10am) Once race starts it will be difficult to report to your assigned area and receive training in timely manner. 
• Groups will receive their volunteer assignment the week of November 25th.  Groups will also receive a time to pick up materials needed and volunteer shirts during this time.  This will allow you to report directly to your service area on race day! 
• Individual volunteers and "day of / walk up" volunteers are asked to report to Volunteer Check In, located outside of Downtown Events Center.  Individual Volunteers will receive a t-shirt while supplies last. 
• WALK UP VOLUNTEERS ARE WELCOME - EARLY SIGN UP IS PREFERRED TO ENSURE SMOOTH EVENT
• Although Very Welcome, WALK UP VOLUNTEERS ARE NOT GUARENTEED ASSIGNMENT OR SHIRT.
