Culture Programs - Spring - Spring 2025 Sessional Program Volunteers
Please note, the Spring 2025 session of programs runs from March 22nd - June 20 across the City of Mississauga out of various Community Centres and Culture Venues (Living Arts Centre, Meadowvale Theatre, etc...). Preference will be given to applicants who meet the following:
- Available for the duration of the program. Applicants accepted as a Program Volunteer will be expected to commit to the class schedule (example: if assigned to a Drawing & Cartooning on Saturdays at 9:00am class, you are expected to be at all of those classes during the session between March-June)
- Demonstrated experience/training in the arts (dance, drama, visual arts, digital arts, etc...)
- Interest in working with children 4.5 years old and up
- Between the ages of 14-17
Successful candidates will be required to complete in person and online training components. In person training will take place out of the Living Arts Centre, dates TBD. Training will be mandatory.
Applications will be reviewed over the months of January/February with interviews taking place late February. Interviews will be held in person and in a group format.
