Administration - Training Team Support


Position overview:

This position will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks to provide support and assistance to our training teamf within the the State Office.

Activities and tasks:

Duties will vary depending on the work area. Tasks may include:

  • Preparing letters or undertaking data entry using various computing applications (e.g. spreadsheets and databases)
  • Maintaining and updating records, file documents, answering and making telephones calls
  • Operating office equipment, such as photocopiers, fax machines, binding and laminating machines
  • Document archiving
  • Undertaking general administrative work

Skills and experience required:

  • Basic computer and typing ability (if applicable)
  • Use of software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, outlook (if applicable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Respectful of confidential information
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
